Creating state-of-the-art digital tools that animate historical personalities and global settings, from time-traveling expeditions to vivid cultural insights. Partnering with a diverse team of educators and tech experts to develop groundbreaking methods that redefine social studies education. Simplifying complex historical and geographic ideas into captivating content, enhanced by AI-driven customization. What You Won’t Be Doing Overseeing traditional curricula or getting entangled in routine administrative tasks—this position is about creativity and meaningful impact. Working in isolation—you'll collaborate with a team of dedicated innovators eager to challenge the status quo. Relying on conventional teaching methods—your role will revolutionize students' engagement with history and geography. Digital Learning Specialist Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to significantly enhance students' comprehension of social studies by doubling the pace at which they absorb essential historical and geographical knowledge through innovative, AI-powered strategies. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in teaching or developing social studies curriculum, with proven success in elevating student performance. Excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data to extract actionable insights. Familiarity with AI applications in education, such as content development, adaptive learning, or data analysis. Exceptional communication skills to convert intricate social studies concepts into captivating narratives. About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter. Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
