1 Resource Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Scheduled Maintenance Mechanic Trainee to join our client's team in Cleves, Ohio. Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced mechanics in performing scheduled maintenance on various machinery and equipment.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Participate in regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Document maintenance activities and report findings to supervisors.
  • Engage in ongoing training and skill development to enhance technical knowledge.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and tools preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
