Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Triple Creek Retirement Community. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of our campus, including the grounds and physical plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance of our facilities, including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, kitchen requirements, and HVAC systems.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure exceptional service to our residents.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience, including a strong background in HVAC and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
