About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal production levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment, pumps, meters, motors, belts, drives, and material handling equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Work with 3rd party contractors to ensure safety compliance with LOTO, hotwork, elevated, and safe work practices.
  • Electrical Connections: Perform basic electrical connections and disconnects to perform service work on equipment.
  • Training and Development: Complete standardized training and education to grow within the role.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing setting as a mechanic, mechanic electrician, or controls technician.
  • Skills: Knowledge of NFPA70E regulations, electrical skills, and LOTO.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet for extended periods.
