Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Triple Creek Retirement Community. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of our facilities, including the grounds and physical plant, to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all applicable federal and state codes, guidelines, and regulations are maintained
• Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, kitchen requirements, and HVAC systems
• Work closely with fellow department heads to ensure our residents receive exceptional service
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior maintenance experience, including a strong background in HVAC and electrical systems
• Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
