*JOB SUMMARY:* Under the supervision of the Child, Youth & Family (CYF) Senior Clinical Supervisor, the Child, Youth & Family Therapist will provide culturally competent Mental Wellness Counseling services for the Tulalip community. The therapist will provide counseling services from a strength-based perspective to support and empower children and their families in managing life’s challenges.

*COMPENSATION: *DOE

$2,500 Signing Bonus authorized for this position and is paid out in two installments: * 1st installment of the bonus is paid on your FIRST paycheck. * 2nd installment of the bonus is paid after successful completion of your 90 day probationary period.

*Eligibility:* * Signing bonuses are for select positions only and will be indicated on the job posting. * Current Employee department transfers are not eligible for signing bonus. * Any former Employee who has resigned or been dismissed within the past 12 months is not eligible for a signing bonus.

*MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:* * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related Behavioral Science field with a focus on Mental Health Counseling.

*MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE:* * One (1) year experience required providing Mental Health Counseling services to children and their families.

*REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES* * WA State Driver’s License & Personal Insurance. * Current independent license through the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. * Qualified as a Mental Health Professional (MHP). * Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray. Must maintain as a condition of employment. * CPR/First Aid certification. Must maintain as a condition of employment. * HIPAA training upon hire. * Must complete required Health Services Privileging/Credentialing process prior to start date. * Must abide by the Tulalip Tribes vaccination policy * Employment is contingent upon successful passing of a pre-employment background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.93 - $52.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
