Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advise internal clients on the best ways to reach their customers using content marketing strategies
- Design, write, and edit all communication materials for internal and external audiences

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or publications, including writing communications and advertisement materials
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in editing, writing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong business math proficiency
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner for specific target audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferred skills: Effective presentation skills, computer programming skills, familiarity with AP writing style
- Preferred software: Familiarity with desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, working knowledge of web content management tools like Websphere
