DAY-TO-DAY
As a Remodeling and Construction Carpenter, you provide superb workmanship for our construction, remodeling, and restoration projects. You love how each day brings a new challenge as you capably perform a variety of general carpentry jobs. You enjoy working independently, and you efficiently complete various tasks such as hardware installation, framing punch, interior repairs, and general maintenance tasks. All under direction of experienced managers. While this skilled labor position is sometimes physically demanding, you appreciate that your job is a low-pressure one.
An excellent communicator, you coordinate with project managers and interact with clients in a professional manner. Under the direction of the project manager, you ensure that each task is completed according to the client's specifications and that it meets our high standards of quality. Before you leave the site, you make sure the area is clean and free of debris. You take pride in preserving and restoring the buildings in our beautiful community and you enjoy being an integral part of a small, efficient team

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REMODELING AND CONSTRUCTION CARPENTER
- 1 year of experience minimum
- Willingness to provide your own base tools such as tool bags and cordless drill set
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
