Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Development Services and Experiences (DevX) program team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of key technology initiatives within the Intuit Platform (IP). You will be responsible for managing complex projects and processes that span multiple teams and locations, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence business outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly impact the company's success. You will be working closely with engineers, product managers, and executives, tailoring communication to effectively convey technical details and strategic insights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain program structures and operational rhythms for cross-organizational teams.
•Lead the creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all project phases, from planning to production readiness and launch.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across executive teams, product management, and engineering to drive program success.
•Identify and address critical issues and dependencies, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
•Provide clear and actionable communication on program status, risks, and change control across all levels of the organization.
•Balance business needs with technical constraints to ensure optimal outcomes.
•Establish order and clarity in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
•Influence and mediate conflicts to achieve desired program outcomes.
•Anticipate, recognize, and independently work through resistance or setbacks.


Required Experience/Skills:

•Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience; development experience is preferred.
•Extensive experience managing software development projects and large operational systems in a fast-paced, agile environment; Platform as a Service (PaaS) experience is a plus.
•Proven ability to manage and coordinate 10-15 scrum teams across multiple sites, tracking complex technical and project-related details.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for engineers and executives, providing detailed insights and summarized executive views.
•Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience, with at least 3 years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
•Proficiency with industry-standard program/project management methods, tools, and techniques.


Nice-to-Haves:

•Experience in a technology startup or similar fast-paced, innovative environment.
•Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other program management software.
•Passion for driving innovation and simplifying complex technical challenges.


Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
