Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage activities to achieve successful project outcomes, including defining the project scope, stakeholders, timelines, and processes.
  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Manage dependencies and deliverables across related projects, teams, and functions.
  • Establish systems for continuous improvement in processes, products, or services by measuring performance, progress, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to manage and communicate changes effectively.
  • Independently manage both existing and new cross-functional programs through their full lifecycle, balancing immediate project needs with the organization’s longer-term goals.
  • Communicate program goals, progress, and health to stakeholders, tailoring communication to their interests to drive understanding and informed decision-making.


Technical Program Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong ability to manage dependencies and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure success metrics.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects.


Technical Program Manager Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in managing programs within a large tech company.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment with teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.



The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90 - 94 hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
