Responsibilities
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Display and market real property to potential buyers

Requirements

Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Previous professional work experience
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to attend both in-person and online meetings and classes
Pleasant, friendly and trustworthy
