Some of the benefits include, but are not limited to:Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)Bonus opportunitiesPart-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term DisabilityBenefits start the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentPrescription savings plansAll employees are eligible for 401(k) with employer matchPay available dailyBonus eligibleResponsibilitiesConduct exceptional, highly personalized tours and follow-ups to prospective residents and familyManage the customer relationship management tool (CRM) to ensure follow-up is documented and organizedEnsure branch staff are trained to engage in phone and tour hospitalityHelp manage the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their familiesIdentify and build relationships with community professionals to maximize referred leadsEnsure branch is appropriately staged to maximize the customer experienceAttend weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with Branch LeadershipQualificationsHigh-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferredExperience in senior housing sales leadership is preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with ability to learn new applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesValid driver’s license and driving record consistent with company guidelinesAbout Bickford Senior LivingBickford Senior Living is a community of caregivers dedicated to enriching residents’ happiness.
