Wilder is a new restaurant by Brett Naylor & Nicole Barrick. The menu is overseen by Executive Chef Bob Truitt, an alum of the Marea, Ai Fiori, Corton, Room 4 Dessert, and El Bulli. The menu will focus on seasonal American with European influences utilizing local produce and seafood, wood-fired sourdough pizzas, handmade pasta, a raw bar & various other delicious Wilder creations.
Wilder can offer dynamic career opportunities for motivated and passionate line cooks looking to learn more or advance their careers. We are looking for someone who desires to dive right in, maintain high standards, and help take the restaurant to the next level. The ideal candidate enjoys a professional vibe, working with a diverse group of employees, and has a passion for food and hospitality.
