Job Purpose:
Will assist and work closely with Field Technicians and Regional Account Managers to provide industry leading customer service to existing accounts as well as potential new customers.

Duties:
* Respond to the Customer’s needs immediately and to provide them with a proposal to consider prior to the Field Technician leaving the site whenever possible.

* Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

*Produce, log and deliver proposals to customers with 100% accuracy, professionalism and promptness.

* Perform follow up calls for bids that have not yet been approved

* Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.

* Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Extremely strong communication and writing skills, grammar, spelling, letter writing, etc.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge in difficult situations.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Skilled or trainable in estimating time and materials.
Reliable, punctual work ethic.
Ability to diligently work through fast paced high stress situations.
Ability to adapt to the Technician or Customer’s needs to ensure optimal outcome.
Ability to adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
