As the Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations to guarantee standards are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.
  • Assist in the supervision of team members, and establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships.
  • Assist in the development of goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish necessary tasks productively.
  • Ensure financial success of departments, meeting monthly budgeted costs, and net operating income standards.
  • Improve service by communicating and assisting team members.
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to handling guest concerns.
  • Providing guidance to team members, coaching and counseling as necessary.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of service-oriented culture.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards.

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
  • College degree or related work experience.
  • Five years of experience with food and beverage, culinary, or other related experience.
  • Three years' experience in management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
