About this Role:

A Diesel Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining any type of diesel engine, as well as test, diagnose, repair and clean diesel motors and the mechanical parts of trucks, such as transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes, heavy equipment included.

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC. is a utility construction company. We install fiber optic cable for some of the top communication companies in NW and the Western regions. We specialize in the installation of fiber optics and renewable energy.

What You'll Do:

Position Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair trucks and heavy equipment
Perform engine repairs and maintenance
Welding on heavy equipment and vehicles
Inspect, maintain, and repair transmission systems
Make necessary repairs to hydraulic and air brakes
Make electrical repairs
Perform oil changes as needed
Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment
Routine Maintenance
What You'll Bring:

Diesel Mechanic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience
Diesel Mechanic Certified
CDL (preferred)
Experience with hydraulic and electrical repairs
High attention to detail
Profiency with tools
Interpersonal communication
Self starter
Analyitcal

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $35.00/Hr. - USD $40.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
