Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Director of Finance, playing a key role in our financial operations and strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Audit & Compliance Leadership: Take charge of assisting with annual audits, quarterly reviews, and tax provisions, ensuring we stay ahead of compliance requirements.
Financial Statement Preparation: Be a vital part of crafting our financial statements, ensuring they meet IFRS standards and other official guidelines.
Internal Control Development: Collaborate in designing and enforcing internal controls and policies that align with ISOX standards, safeguarding our financial integrity.
State Filings & Regulatory Compliance: Navigate state tax and regulatory filings, ensuring full compliance with evolving standards.
Accounting Ownership: Own and manage key accounting tasks and reconciliations, playing a crucial role in our month-end and year-end close processes.
Cost Analysis & Process Improvement: Contribute to monthly cost variance analysis and lead initiatives to enhance our systems and processes.
What You Bring:
Educational Foundation: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field sets the stage for your success.
Professional Edge: While a CPA is a plus, your strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and ISOX will be critical.
Experience: With 2-3 years in audit and tax (whether in industry or public accounting), you're ready to make an impact.
Tech-Savvy: Your proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP, will be key to driving efficiency.
Personal Attributes: You're organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for prioritizing tasks. Your strong communication skills and analytical mindset make you a valuable team player, ready to collaborate with global teams.
