Security 101 – San Francisco is now recruiting a Senior Account Executive that can identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities by creating market awareness of Security 101 products and services. As a Senior Account Executive in the commercial electronic security integration space, the ideal candidate will be a $2M+ producer seeking new business and building relationships while maintaining relationships and connections with their existing clients.Total compensation ranges from $200,000+, (with commissions from gross sales and bonuses) commensurate with skills, security industry experience, and product knowledge. You also benefit from a generous commission plan with no earnings cap. We will also provide you with a cell phone, laptop, and an auto allowance. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.Skills/Abilities:Must have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial electronic security industry.Must have technical product knowledge in the top access control, video and intrusion vendors.Performance-minded, self-confident and dynamic.Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a high energy and competitive spirit.Conducts customer site walk-throughs and estimates both building system installations and service opportunities.Responsibilities:Prospecting and building relationships with new clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.Maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.Performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating and proposal writing.Education:High School (or GED) minimum requirementSecurity 101 is a DFWP and EOE.
