Base pay range $180.00/yr - $250.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Factory 8 Consultancy Ltd Senior Account Executive About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong background in developer tools to engage with highly technical customers and drive meaningful business growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and sophisticated clients, helping them understand and succeed with cutting‑edge technology. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales and work alongside sales and engineering teams. This position involves managing end-to-end customer relationships, delivering product expertise, and contributing to a collaborative early‑stage environment where responsibilities can evolve. Some travel for client meetings and presentations should be expected. What You’ll Do Serve as both a technical and sales expert in conversations with prospective clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of the platform and its value across the software development lifecycle. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—while building strong, lasting relationships with enterprise customers. Identify, qualify, and onboard early customers, helping refine processes that support strategic goals. Act as the voice of the customer, providing meaningful feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape future product direction. Ensure smooth integration of autonomous testing solutions into customers' workflows, clearly articulating ROI and resolving technical or operational concerns. Mentor and support new Account Executives, contributing to a positive, growth‑oriented team culture. Partner with marketing to evolve sales strategies and materials based on market trends and customer insights. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally within enterprise B2B SaaS. Experience with developer tools or similarly technical products is strongly preferred. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-stage sales cycles. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment. Passion for autonomous testing and software development is a plus. Experience as a Sales Engineer or in a role involving in-depth product demos and technical discussions is highly valued.
