Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role specializes in handling patient reenrollments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with the reenrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns related to reenrollments.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in patient accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Document and update patient information in the system accurately.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to train onsite for the first 4 weeks without missing any days.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or patient service role preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
