Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients in industrial manufacturing, real estate portfolio ownership, pharmaceuticals, railroads, and property management sectors. Develop and execute strategies to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and build relationships. Present DDP Roofing Services' value proposition to potential clients, highlighting our expertise, services, and competitive advantages. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote DDP Roofing Services and expand professional networks.









Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the commercial roofing or construction industry. Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
