Our client is looking to fill the role of Business Development Representative. This position will be remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients in industrial manufacturing, real estate portfolio ownership, pharmaceuticals, railroads, and property management sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Present Roofing Services' value proposition to potential clients, highlighting our expertise, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote DDP Roofing Services and expand professional networks.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the commercial roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
