What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in sales calls and facilitate team meetings to provide coaching and support.
  • Assign high-priority clients to team members to close deals.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams to ensure successful sales cycle.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong team-building and management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG is a plus.
