The position is with a rapidly growing client, and its fully remote.
Position Summary: The Administrator is responsible for managing the companys Originations System to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the system. This includes configuration of business processes and policies as well as the ongoing support of the system responsible to the users of the system as they experience and report process issues.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the assigned originations system and the configurable features that can be utilized to create, change, and support business process, partner integrations, communications to external and internal parties through the system, credit policies, pricing policies, system workflow capabilities and any other configurable item.
Guide internal departments on solutions to business problems within the assigned originations system.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation on business process flows and policy requirements that are configured within the system.
Assign and mentor System Configuration Analysts for additional ongoing support or configuration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create, maintain, and support partner integrations.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support to internal employees and external partners.
Support project teams for the implementation or upgrade of business processes and policies within the assigned system.
Develop business processes that ensure the developed application meets all project requirements.
Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in auto finance industry as a System Administrator, or similar role.
Skills Required: 3 years experience administering Defi XLOS for automotive lease origination.
Ability to create and maintain complex java formulas, API schemas, and implement into defi XLOS originations systems.
Understanding of API protocol.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate level experience using MS Excel, MS-Access, MS Query, SQL queries, XML, Soap Interfaces, Visio and JAVA or similar process mapping software.
Basic understanding of interface techniques.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business/information technology from four-year college or university.
Experience leading operational functions as it relates to Lending.
