We are seeking a Jr Project Manager to join our Austin, TX office. The Jr Project Manager will assist the Project Team with daily management, coordination, and successful completion of project goals. Responsibilities include:

Assisting Project Managers by ensuring that product submittals match the estimated and quoted products.
Perform initial review of project documentation throughout the project duration.
Assisting Project Managers by preparing project RFIs, schedules, and other related documentation.
Perform initial review of shop drawings to ensure all detail call outs and architectural references are correct while also considering scope of work, constructability, materials constraints.
Attend all relevant project meetings.

Requirements:
1-2 years commercial construction experience.
The ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, and addenda.
The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
The ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Desire to learn all aspects of construction.
Communication, organization and PC skills are a must
