Today, our platform is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Partnerships to spearhead our strategic alliance and business development initiatives. This individual is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing key partnerships that are essential for driving company growth, strengthening our market position, and generating long‑term value. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in business development, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and a demonstrable history of cultivating successful partnerships across diverse sectors.How You’ll Make An ImpactIdentify new partnership opportunities that will drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growthDefine, develop, and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap & strategyDrive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies, partner enablement programs, and co-marketing activities. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution.Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including pipeline growth, partner-generated revenue, and other KPIs. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the company’s solutions in the partnership ecosystemManage and nurture existing partner relationshipsWhat Sets You ApartBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).A minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding high-impact partnerships that significantly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition.Extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements and strategically managing long-term partnerships.Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively with both external partners and various internal stakeholders.Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and the partner ecosystem.Robust analytical skills for effectively tracking, reporting, and deriving insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for partnership initiatives.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.The capacity to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while expertly balancing and prioritizing multiple initiatives.What Sets Fundwell ApartGenerous paid time off401(k) retirement planOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly growing fintech leader.Collaborative, supportive team culture with a focus on training and development.Prime office location in New York, NY.Our Commitment to YouFundwell is an equal employment opportunity employer.
