Head of PartnershipsAbout the roleJoin A.Team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager responsible for building and operationalizing partnerships, establishing scalable processes, and driving growth through an expansive partnerships pipeline with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.What you'll accomplish:Become an A.Team expert, knowing the ins and outs of the product and services we offerGain a deep understanding of partner goals, strategy, and areas of synergy to develop mutually beneficial strategiesCreate a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship managementNegotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policiesEstablish strong relationships with key decision makers within partner organizationsOwn the day-to-day relationship with partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunities including management of partnership programs through inception, implementation and launchDevelop and implement shared organizational processes – some unique to the partnershipWork collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product on internal enablement to support partnershipsEnsure partners realize significant value within 90 days of partnership launchProactively engage partners and look for ways to further deepen relationshipsUnderstand the issues faced by partner organizations and their customersBring passion and creativity with new ideas for ways to grow partnerships and add ongoing valueAnticipate risks with partnerships and implement mitigation strategies to address themGrow partner lifetime value by identifying evolving needs of partners and driving them to exceed growth targetsDistill your partnerships knowledge and experience to internal stakeholdersBuild domain expertise and become a future leader at A.Team, as partnerships scaleAbout you:5-7 years of business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or account management experience and record of demonstrated ‘same account’ growthA self-starter who can take the initiative and ensure that your portfolio of partners can get the attention and support they need to be successfulStrong program building skill set with a focus on operationalizing at scaleStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities along with effective presentation and facilitation skillsGoal oriented, task focused, big picture thinker and small step executerExperience in a startup or small team environmentHighly self-motivated and incredible work ethicStrategic thinker and aptitude for networkingWilling to go above and beyond to expand A.Team's reach and impactIf you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above - that’s okay We believe in hiring people, not just skills.
