Inside Sales Account Manager - Bilingual Spanish As a top third-party logistics provider, England Logistics is celebrated for its people-centric approach to providing transportation solutions. If you want to grow professionally and do good, we are looking for a results-driven sales professionals to join our team. Benefits: First year high performer total compensation: $65k - $80k First year average performance total compensation: $58k - $65k Paid weekly. Base salary of $47,750 plus uncapped commissions. Tons of food, recognition, awards, celebration, team building activities & FUN Qualifications: A great attitude and work ethic. Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills. Successful sales background and track record. The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone. Knowledge of CRM’s and MS Word & Excel. A college degree preferred. (Not required with previous sales experience.) Bilingual - Fluent Spanish needed Responsibilities: You will be responsible for selling England Logistics services. You will prospect new leads and make phone calls daily. You will identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities. You will build, manage, and grow a book of business.
