Location: 100% Remote, must be based in the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia)

Position Overview:
As a Remote Business Growth Manager at Mack Global LLC, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will research and develop sales leads across Federal, State, Local, and Commercial sectors, manage supplier communications, and contribute to the overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Federal Government
- Identify and pursue opportunities in Staffing, Telework Products, and Services through platforms like Sam.Gov.
- Engage with Contracting Officers and OSDBU contacts.
2. State Government
- Explore State Government opportunities via eVA and other state portals.
- Engage with Procurement Officers and pursue DBE opportunities in states such as VA, FL, GA, and TX.
3. Local Government
- Identify and pursue Local Government opportunities by navigating procurement websites and networking with officers.
- Explore relevant sector projects.
4. Commercial
- Seek out commercial opportunities for prime and subcontracting work.
- Collaborate with partners to develop business prospects.
5. Staffing/Supplier Communication
- Engage with suppliers for quotes, coordinate with recruiting agencies to post positions, and manage administrative tasks as needed.
6. Proposal Preparation
- Support the preparation of proposals by gathering data, collaborating with suppliers, and calculating budgets.
- Ensure proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted on time to maximize Mack Global's chances of winning new contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Skills
- Sales and Marketing: Understanding of sales strategies, market research, and marketing principles.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
- Analytical: Capability to analyze market trends, performance metrics, and business opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Skills in planning and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different departments.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
Experience
- Relevant Work Experience: Typically 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the relevant industry or sector is beneficial.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, or leading business growth initiatives.
- Procurement and Contracting Experience: Experience in procurement and contracting is preferred.
