Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive business results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with retail software and systems, including POS and inventory management
  • Food safety and handling certifications
  • Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb a ladder
  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions and temperatures
