This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at The Maercks Institute in Miami, FL. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care on a day-to-day basis.
- Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Care Coordination skills
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Patient Care
- Experience in healthcare or patient-focused roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Certification or training in healthcare administration is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
