Our education client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $42.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Recruit, interview, test, screen and hire all of assigned departments' positions
  • Evaluate and recommend qualified candidates
  • Verify references and credentials, recommend salary offers, and complete hiring process
  • Ensures that the employment process meets all required standards and practices as well as Employment Laws and Regulations
  • Represent the client at job fairs, career days, campus visitations and community outreach activities
  • Continually analyze and enhance every aspect of the employment process with knowledge of online sourcing strategies
  • Advise staff and client department in the areas of salary administration, promotions, transfers and demotions
  • Assist in interpreting compensation policy and procedure and counsel's managers regarding internal equity and related issues
  • Track recruitment activity, analyze, and report statistics to supervisor
  • Conduct exit interviews

Requirements of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field and at least 3 years of related experience
  • Must be experienced with online recruitment and applicant tracking systems
  • Must be proficient working with PC applications
  • Must be able to interact effectively will all levels of management and employees, as well as with the candidate population
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Strong consulting and negotiation skills, along with oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to provide appropriate counsel and work in partnership with management and staff on Human Resources issues
