  2. Information Collection: Gather essential customer information, including their name, contact details, and reason for the service visit.

  3. Confirmation of Service Needs: Engage customers in conversation to confirm the purpose of their visit, ensuring accurate understanding of their service requirements.

  4. Vehicle Movement: Safely drive customer vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot located behind the dealership, adhering to all safety guidelines.

  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  2. Great People Skills: Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
