Summary: We are seeking a Sales Professional to drive new business by selling end-to-end marketing solutions to top-level executives. This position focuses on generating new sales activity and delivering value-added services in document management, programmatic marketing, web-based procurement, and custom direct mail solutions. Based in Mahwah, NJ, this role requires experience in digital printing, direct mail, and solution selling.The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities with ease. If this sounds like you, apply today to learn moreResponsibilities: Day to day includes engaging in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.Building business relationships in new markets and attending trade shows and association meetings to generate new business opportunities.Pursue assigned leads and develop potential sales opportunities.Input sales contacts into Hubspot and track activities using the database.Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.Meet budget goals set for the year.Hand off sold work to Customer Experience team for support and maintenance.Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.Some travel required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Communications, or a related field.Preferably 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in printing, direct mail, or solution sales (not required).Proven ability to build relationships that open doors and generate sales opportunities.Competitive drive to consistently make calls and conduct in-person visits.Skilled in developing strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and maximize long-term account potential.Demonstrated commitment to achieving high sales performance.Willingness to travel to grow new business opportunities outside the Las Vegas, NV market.Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and strategic thinking skills.Dynamic, outgoing personality with a talent for networking and engaging at social events.Additional job requirements may be specified in the staffing requisition.The printing industry continues to evolve as technology has enabled companies to rethink the ways to deliver their content and messages. Focusing on customized marketing communications, targeted direct mail and web enabled, on-demand fulfillment, Digital Lizard works with customers to design end-to-end marketing programs to deliver mission critical solutions, most often with high levels of variable content. Approximately 70% of the Company's revenue is derived from digitally printed products and 30% is from value-added services, such as kitting, warehousing, fulfillment, and procurement storefronts. Approximately 75 percent of print production involves data-driven, variable content or versioned content.
