We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Chargebacks professional, located in Ramsey, New Jersey. This role offers a hybrid work model with a blend of in-office and remote work.


Responsibilities:

• Handle chargebacks, rebates and returns as part of the accounts receivable function

• Regularly update and reconcile customer accounts

• Apply cash collections and billing practices effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Excel

• Leverage SAP, though not a requirement, for efficient account management

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any financial disputes promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts consistently and take necessary action when required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Billing and Cash Applications

• Experience with Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle Chargebacks and rebates

• Experience with Rebate procedures and policies

• Adept at using various financial software and platforms

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
