Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and elevate our sales team. This is a full-time position based at our Sharonville office; it is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, capable of setting ambitious sales goals, mentoring team members, and driving performance. As Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, monitoring progress, and ensuring our sales team achieves its targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Plans and Strategies: Design and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor Sales Progress: Track and evaluate the performance of individual sales team members, ensuring they meet their sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor sales team members on core sales values, techniques, and best practices to enhance their performance.
  • Performance Management: Provide ongoing feedback, motivation, and support to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Sales Analysis: Track and analyze sales statistics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process for new sales team members, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on data and insights to drive sales performance and address any issues.
  • Market Identification: Identify and explore emerging markets and opportunities to expand our sales reach and grow market share.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM software and sales tracking tools.
