Job Summary
This position is responsible for the following: performing, monitoring, and counting inventory relative to inventory management at the Princeton Facility and any of its related business units.
Responsibilities
•Perform and monitor product inventories and ensure materials align with the declared lists and documents, while maintaining high inventory accuracy and integrity
•Conducts inventory reviews and assessments, using specific software to assess product inventories, measures and weighs product, maintains records, opens and re-packages shipments, organizes products according to procedures, locates lost goods, and reports inconsistent or damaged goods
•System related activities may include SAP, RF Scanning guns, scales, calculators, essential measuring Tools, and order pickers
•Assists in handling a company’s inventory; and keeps inventory operations smooth and efficient in the warehouse
•Discrepancy resolution/Problem resolution from beginning to end, and the ability to analyze to root cause, identify and implement counter measures.
•Safety is a condition of employment (safety standards)
•Follow all applicable company policies and procedures.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.
•Must have positive attitude with the ability to contribute and work with the team.
Basic Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•Standing and/or walking for entire shift and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
•Bending and/or stooping repeatedly throughout shift
•Lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis
•Be able to drive an Industrial Powered Lift
•Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

•Excel Proficiency
•General Plant layout knowledge
••Previous Material Handling experience (cherry/reach lift experience preferred)
•Excellent planning and organizational skills.
•Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
•Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill.
•Maintain cleanliness (5S) of the work area daily
