Consistent with our Accounting Advisory practice's growth goals, an opportunity has been created for a Senior Manager to serve as a catalyst for continued expansion as a member of our nationally distributed team that will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity in multiple office locations throughout our footprint (or possibly remote for the right resource) with travel for specific projects as needed.

As a Senior Manager, you will:

  1. Lead a team of professionals to deliver consulting services to multiple client relationships.
  2. Participate in all stages of various consulting engagements and provide assistance with planning, field work, engagement wrap up and deliverable composition.
  3. Identify client needs and foster strong relationships through business development efforts.
  4. Develop team members through constructive and actionable feedback.
  5. Manage project resources, budgets, billing and collections.
  6. Prepare and/or present thought leadership through complex written and verbal materials.

Your passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent assessment of the “current state” of our client’s Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired “future state.” This can include digitizing or automating accounting workflows, optimizing processes, and providing specific and custom solutions to improve outputs.

What you bring to the role:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license (strongly preferred).
  2. Seven (7) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and/or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services.
  3. Demonstrated experience with business development/expansion of services.
  4. Experience in an environment with SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Yardi or Quickbooks.
  5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  6. Experience conducting process mapping and analysis.
  7. Strong organizational skills demonstrated through the management of multiple initiatives.
  8. Robust written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.
  10. Travel as needed for firm meetings and client site visits up to 25%.
