Compensation And Details
  • We pay for Air Travel, Hotel, and Food.
  • $200 per day + Tips - 1099 Contract Employee will be paid for working an average of four 8-hour shifts
  • Shifts will typically be structured as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Fly with your team to a site on Sunday night and fly home Thursday night after shift is completed
  • For training and logistical purposes, person must reside in the Nashville area


Key Responsibilities
  • Travel with our startup team from Nashville Tennessee to our new hospital clients around the country, and be our "boots on the ground" for the first week of business. Helping train our new staff in what it takes to be the embodiment of customer service, in an environment where compassion and empathy matters most, will be your mission.
  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
  • Meticulously maintain records and efficiently manage parking logistics.
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years of Valet Experience, must be able to provide strong examples of having a high bar for professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience training others in a fast paced customer-centric environment.
  • This position is 100% travel. Person must be able to be out of town for 1-week at a time when called upon. Flying with team, from Nashville International Airport.
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid current Tennessee regular driver's license (No Permits, Probationary License, Expired License)
  • Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years


About You...

You have excellent interpersonal skills, love working with a team, and have a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving for the record for the past 5 years, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Shift Details

Startup Valet Team Operating Hours
  • The Valet Team will typically fly out of Nashville Airport on Sunday nights and return on Thursday night.
  • Paid shifts will be for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week.


Job Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.
  • Provide exceptional Valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.
  • Will support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
  • Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
  • Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
  • Ability to move with urgency and speed.
  • Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus)
  • This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
  • Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
