What’s the purpose of this role:

We are actively looking for a Recruiter to join our team. At Nxt Level, a recruiter is in a hunting position. They will partner with our Account Executives to deliver on customer expectations and create raving fans. We are looking for someone that has a sense of urgency and is passionate about delivery fast. In this role, there's constant change with new customers, new positions, and new domains. Therefore, it's important that someone loves being in a fast paced environment that requires continued learning to find the right candidates for unique niche domains. 

So, what are the ingredients to be successful in this role?

  1. Be a true hunter. Have a “do whatever it takes,” attitude to win as a partner. You know that it takes effort, persistence, and patience to win. You know that cold-calling is your greatest strength.

  2. Never back down attitude. “Not my job” makes you shiver. “I can do it” is your motto. You enjoy building and being a part of an elite team. You don’t accept defeat, you thrive in it. You juggle multiple hats and thrive in organized chaos.

  3. You’re a natural born leader. You lead by example, inspire the team, and you are autonomous. You innately work hard and proactively take initiative. You volunteer new ideas and push the team to do better. You have fun with everything you do, even when it gets stressful. Your positive attitude is contagious both internally and externally.

  4. Learning something new every day is crucial. You need to be constantly learning, growing, and adding a new skill under your belt.
