This is an exciting opportunity to use the latest cloud computing technologies to help U.S. Government agencies implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems.
AWS established a specialized group of service teams responsible for the work we are doing with the U.S. Intelligence Community. We are building some of the largest and most complex distributed systems in the world, and we need adaptable people to help us implement and operate them.
AWS Crypto and Identity services are managed cloud platforms which are foundational for AWS services to interact securely. Our services support millions of customers both internal and external, across a wide range of technologies and industries.
We are looking for a AWS Systems Development Manager to lead a team that will operate AWS Crypto and Identity services in isolated regions and support government customers operating in those regions. You'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class service is critical to customer success. You'll become an expert at platform diagnosis, response, measurement, and automation. You will design and build the operational scalability that sustains the platform's insane growth.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must be eligible for a TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after the clearance is gained, the selected maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.
Available locations include Seattle, WA
