We pride ourselves on offering exceptional products and services to our valued customers. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Trailer Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth.

Job Summary:
The Trailer Sales Manager will be responsible for managing trailer sales operations, communicating effectively with customers, performing notary processes, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and upselling. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for small enclosed, utility, dump, and other types of trailers.
- Communicate effectively with customers via text, email, and phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and close sales.
- Perform notary processes as required (training will be provided).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, trailer, or equipment industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic tech proficiency, including the ability to use email, text messaging, and CRM software.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Willingness to learn and perform notary processes (training will be provided).
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with a performance-based compensation plan, including profit from sales and upsells.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Flexible)
