QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biology
- With 5 years work experience as Quality Assurance Manager from manufacturing industry
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Reports directly to the Plant Head, responsible for the development and maintenance of a Quality Control System, by close supervision of all activities and techniques in the factory, ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate and finished products are within specified guidelines and instructions.
- Immediate superior of End to End QA Supervisor, Food Safety Management Supervisor, and QMS Supervisor.
- Ensures that all Material Specifications, N-Sheets and LIs, PQCPs are updated and followed correctly.
- Participates in setting up the factory QMS. Organizes all necessary sensory analyses and trains members of the taste-testing panel.
- Participates in the factory’s internal quality audit activities and HACCP studies.
- Supervises the proper implementation of quality systems and ensures the correct functioning of the department, including availability of adequate equipment and trained personnel.
- Ensures the proper functioning of the product release, status control, and traceability elements to protect Client's products. Prepares product formulation and Bill of materials.
- Ensures that all personnel perform analyses of raw and packaging materials and finished products based on procedures required by Client.
- Maintains quality records, prepares FSMS procedures, work instructions, and other quality-related documents.
- Submits monthly reports on the Quality Indicators to the CMD and administering factory.
- Prepares NQD for raw, packaging, and finished goods, monitors shelf-life in actual materials versus SAP.
