Location: Santa Rosa

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will serve as the administrative backbone for the Quality team. This role involves working closely with the Quality Director to ensure the quality operations of the site remain organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Maintain and manage all quality-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating audit activities.
  • Training Records: Keep training records current and organized, ensuring all team members are compliant with required training.
  • Maintenance Liaison: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machines are serviced and calibrated as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Quality team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other tasks as required.

Nice to Haves:

  • ISO Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and the ability to work off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Auditing Skills: Experience with internal, regulatory, and customer audits, including conducting internal audits and assisting with audit planning.
  • Quality Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance or document control roles such as Quality Associate, Quality Coordinator, Quality Admin, or Document Control.
