Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a team of Analytics Engineers.
  • Develop scalable data models and deliver clean datasets.
  • Maintain a Data Observability framework.
  • Manage projects and ad-hoc data pulls.
  • Establish best practices for coding and version control.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for various teams.
  • Oversee project communication and status updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in analytical roles.
  • Expert in SQL and Python.
  • Experience in architecting data applications.
  • Knowledge of data modeling techniques (Dimensional Modeling, OBT).
  • Experience with ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow, Prefect).
  • Skilled in dashboarding tools (Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau).
  • Experience with Redshift.
