Familiarity with National Instruments (LabVIEW / Test Stand) Duties: Execute Work directly with a small team operating and maintaining the environmental, hydraulic, and high-pressure test equipment used for acceptance testing of flight hardware. Integrate, test, functionally verify, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatically actuated cryogenic valves, systems and components Conduct hands-on acceptance testing (thermal, vibration, cryogenic, hydraulic, and Pneumatic) on flight hardware by company-outlined procedures. Assist with installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of vibration tables, thermal chambers, proof pressure systems and other test equipment. Assisting with process documentation and controls Perform testing and certification of the test equipment. Coordinate with test engineers and engage with management on daily test activities. Clean machines, equipment, and work areas by 5S standards and management guidance. Setup and safely operate high energy systems (e.g., high-pressure gas) Conduct and/or oversee several test projects simultaneously while supporting operations schedules. Configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation per test plans and standards. Identify, communicate, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks. Additional duties as assigned.
