Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test plans for avionics systems.

  • Work effectively in an environmental and EMI lab setting.
  • Ensure hardware requirements are traced and verified accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in hardware development, integration, systems engineering, or testing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing electronics testing.
  • Proven experience in hardware requirements traceability and verification.
  • Strong practical and analytical knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly regarding technical subjects.
  • Ability to foster trust and maintain professional relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with standards such as RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461.
  • Experience with various sensors, including LVDTs, RTDs, thermocouples, pressure transducers, resolvers, and accelerometers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, MATLAB, and Linux.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting test networks.
  • Background in programming and debugging microcontroller-based devices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Advanced degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering, or a related field is a plus.
