We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Consistently ranked among the top Marriott properties in the country based on guest feedback, the property offers a tremendous opportunity for a hospitality sales professional to excel and build a strong portfolio of new and returning business.

Your Role: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities.
  • Maximize Revenue: Actively identify and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
  • Service Excellence: Consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceed each client’s expectation.
