Director, US Federal Business DevelopmentMonster Government Solutions seeks a Director of US Federal Sales, to lead a high-performing team focused on providing transformative talent acquisition software solutions and services to U.S. federal agencies. You have experience with federal government software solution sales. Familiarity with federal human capital management issues is a plus. You will lead a team that is strategic and consultative in meeting the unique talent acquisition needs of federal agencies. You are well-versed in managing the process of new business development and growing relationships with existing customers to build pipeline and. You are curious and energized about new technology; and excel at communication. You excel at facilitating conversations with diverse stakeholders and are comfortable working with professionals at all levels to create a shared vision and inspire success. You have a passion to consistently deliver outstanding results.ResponsibilitiesDifferentiates Monster’s Government-specific enterprise hiring solutions through need analysis, partnerships, resources, and expertiseAchievement of all annually assigned quotas/targetsRevenue forecasting within 5% of overall attainmentContinually evaluates and aligns territories as neededRecommends incentive plans/bonus awards, promotions, and counselingPartners with or serves as internal expert to provide functional expertise to company management, business units, and other internal customersResearch media and data sources such as Agency web sites, strategic plans, GAO reports, Open Government Data, press releases, as well as industry events in order to stay current with Government hiring trends.Develops feasibility analysis and project plans.
