You will issue material to kits as required and document all inventory transactions using the Costpoint system. Additionally, you will use Microsoft Word for various reports. The position supports the SMM, Machine shop, or AV shop leads to ensure all work is cued up and materials and work orders are ready for backshop employees. Your responsibilities will include pulling, cutting, and staging materials for fabrication and production. Tools used include basic hand tools like shears, table saws, and band saws. If material tasks are completed for the day, you will help with kitting or cycle counting.
